New Build is normally charged per square metre. Hence, there is a large range of pricing. However on average we charge 2,900 per square metre. Here you must remember that because the price range is so high, this estimate can be largely inaccaurate depending on your type of New Build, and we would advise to turn to Google and search how must your typical project costs (our prices would typically be 2 or 3 percent higher to ensure satisfaction).

Depending on the project, a New build could range from 6 months to  a year. For example, a 2 bedroom house new build on average would take 6 months. However, building a 4 Bedroom Greenhome (A Home that is completely environmentally sustainable) could take upwards of 9 Months!
