Client Testimonial:

The Buxton Street Project was a loft conversion lead by Ibex Construction. Ibex was extremely organised and absolutely great to work with. Everybody knew what they were doing, and as you can see in the pictures, things have turned out wonderful! Alfred's expertise and level of knowledge was great for our loft conversion - he saved us both money and time! I would recommend Ibex to anyone looking for a change in their houses, like we were.
To transform this loft, we paid close attention to detail at every step. First, we took everything down – the roof, walls, partitions, and floors. This wasn't just about making space; it was setting the stage for a big change. By carefully removing these parts, we got a fresh start to create a beautiful living area.
Our idea to add a bedroom turned into making a fancy space inside the loft. We used our skills to put different areas together smoothly, making sure everything worked well.
When it came to the roof, we prioritised planning first, as we needed to ensure everything was to the highest standard. We then proceeded to go and finish the roof, complete with 2 velux skylights. This was to fill the loft with natural light and give a nice outdoor view. Good insulation showed we cared about saving energy and making the place comfy all year round.

Keeping the loft strong was important. So, we used strong steel beams not just because they work well, but to show we care about making things that last. The result was a loft that not only looked good but stayed stable and strong. Our team's skills made sure our clients were happy. For the practical stuff, fixing the electrical system wasn't just a tech job. It was about making sure the loft is ready for the future, meeting the latest standards and going even further. Nice tiles in the living space kept it looking classy, and rewiring set things up for cool technology.
For the finishing touches, we treated the walls and replaced old floors with shiny wooden ones. This didn't just make it look better; it made the whole place feel cozy and welcoming.
In a nutshell, our loft change was a mix of design, good work, and practicality. The end result isn't just a loft; it's proof that we care about making homes that go beyond the usual, leaving the owners not just happy but really thrilled with their new cozy spot.
