Entering this important stage, our project began by carefully taking apart walls, structures, and floors – needed for the big changes to wiring and plumbing. Unlike our past jobs, this one had a new challenge, needing more walls and making this stage longer. But we were not discouraged, we tackled it, making sure each wall was put in the right spot.

With the basic work done, we followed the plan to renovate the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and hallway, setting things up for the tricky job of sorting out electrical and plumbing systems. This work, done with the skills needed in construction, changed the property's setup to meet modern standards. We rewired the entire space, ensuring safety and efficiency, while plumbing was revamped to improve functionality and prevent leaks.

In the kitchen area, we installed a brand new kitchen, complete with new cabinets and countertops, creating a functional and modern cooking space. The dining room received a fresh coat of paint and new lighting fixtures, enhancing its welcoming atmosphere. Similarly, the hallway was revamped also with new flooring and new paint, creating a seamless transition between rooms.

Moving from changes to how things are built to how they look, the floors became a place for creativity. The bathroom, designed by Ibex, had a patterned tile finish that made it look good and feel inviting. The walls, now clean and simple, got a nice white coat of paint, giving them a timeless look. The ceiling, done carefully, added a sense of clarity and elegance to the property, providing the ground-work for a fantastic atmosphere.

Lights were important in showing off the changes, and our choice of LED lights gave a modern touch while saving energy. In the end, this part of the house makeover shows our skill, combining careful work on taking things apart, fixing wiring and plumbing, and making things look good. The result is a space that mixes modern style with a warm feel, showing our commitment to doing great work in construction.
