At the outset of the project, we embarked on a journey to transform a flat into a contemporary haven, tailored to the preferences of its owners. Our first order of business was to dismantle all partitions, walls, and flooring, laying the groundwork for a complete overhaul of the space. With meticulous attention to detail, we rewired the electrical systems and revamped the plumbing, ensuring optimal functionality and safety throughout the property. In reimagining the layout of the flat, we implemented a new floor plan, strategically inserting partitions to delineate distinct living spaces while fostering an open and inviting atmosphere. The relocation of the bathroom from one side of the property to the other presented a unique challenge, necessitating careful planning and execution to seamlessly integrate the new configuration.

As the structural framework took shape, we turned our focus to the aesthetic elements of the renovation. Opting for engineered wood flooring, we imparted a sense of modernity and warmth to the interior, complementing the overall design scheme. The walls received a fresh coat of white paint, imparting a clean and airy ambiance to the space. The crowning touches of the renovation came in the form of meticulous tiling in the bathroom, selected to enhance both form and function. LED spotlights were strategically installed to illuminate the space, imbuing it with a sense of sophistication and style.
