Extension:

In the initial stages of extending the property, our specialized team meticulously laid robust foundations, reinforced with concrete, and implemented waterproofing measures using high-quality plastic sheets.

Despite the slightly extended timeline due to the intricate foundation and beam placement, our commitment to prioritizing work quality remained unwavering. Transitioning seamlessly from the foundational work, we advanced through the concrete slab, bricklaying, and steel beam installation phases, followed by comprehensive electrical work, plastering, insulation, and roofing. Once the exterior structure was in place, we focused on the interior transformation. The existing wall demarcating the extension from the main house was skillfully dismantled, creating

harmonious integration.

Modern aesthetics and functionality were emphasized with strategic partitioning, polished wood flooring, glass sliding doors, and skylights. The extension's final phase involved the acquisition and integration of a fully-equipped kitchen, marking the triumphant conclusion of our comprehensive construction endeavor. House Renovation: This pivotal phase of the project unfolded in familiar fashion, initiating with a thorough demolition process reminiscent of our established protocols. Post-demolition, our team tactfully implemented the newly envisioned floor plan, introducing an extensive network of partitions tailored to accommodate the creation of multiple rooms.

Subsequent to partitioning, we seamlessly transitioned into the intricate realms of electrical and plumbing work, ensuring a seamless integration of modern conveniences. Following the meticulous completion of these foundational aspects, the property's aesthetic transformation unfolded. The floors were adorned with a refined polished wood finish, contributing to an ambiance of contemporary elegance and comfort. Walls received a pristine white paint finish, harmonizing with the overall aesthetic vision.
