Here is the testimonial for this project:

Alfred and his team performed a small miracle with our project. He is eagle-eyed, takes great responsibility for the work and always had our best interests at heart. Ibex helped us renovate a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and hallway. The timeline and budget were pretty much spot on, they turned up when they said they would and worked to complete the project as efficiently as possible. Overall, we're very happy we worked with Ibex.

The Catham Build Project, a noteworthy endeavour nestled in the heart of South London, stands as a shining example of meticulous partial house renovation. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, our team embarked on a journey to breathe new life into this

residence, focusing on the transformation of key areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and hallway.

As we embarked on this endeavour, our first and most primary task was to dismantle the remnants of the old property, making way for what could be described as a fresh and empty canvas to craft our vision. This entailed the removal of outdated fixtures, including electrical wiring, flooring, kitchen components, and plumbing fixtures, all earmarked for replacement. With precision and care, we meticulously demolished/removed these elements, paving the way for a rejuvenated infrastructure. In the wake of this deconstruction phase, we set about the task of revitalising the home's essential systems. New electrical and plumbing configurations were expertly installed, replacing their aging predecessors with modern, efficient counterparts.

This work laid the foundation for the forthcoming enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity for the new residence. With the structural backbone in place, our focus shifted towards the aesthetic refinement of the space, ensuring not to sacrifice functionality in the process . A brand-new kitchen and bathroom took centre stage, their contemporary design elements serving as a testament to the project's dedication to modernity.

Striking floor and splash-back tiling were installed within these spaces, imparting a touch of luxury and sophistication to the home. The flooring received a makeover,

with the installation of exquisite herringbone patterns lending a timeless elegance to the living area. Furthermore, the addition of spindle stairs, intricately designed with a mosaic of squares, imbued the home with a sense of architectural grandeur, elevating its visual appeal to new heights. Attention to detail was paramount throughout the project, right down to the selection of windows. Opting for sleek, double-glazed aluminium frames, we ensured not only aesthetic cohesion but also enhanced energy efficiency for the dwelling. As the end of the project neared, we undertook a thorough certification process, verifying the project's compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring peace of mind for our valued client. With the finishing touches applied and every corner meticulously cleansed, we bid farewell to the Catham Build Project, leaving behind a legacy of revitalisation and transformation that will endure for years to come.
