We knew about Ibex Construction via FMB website. After bidding the project to 6 different builders, we decided to go with Ibex due to reasonable prices and good reference from previous clients. The work includes full house renovation with new kitchen, bathrooms, electrical rewiring, new plumbing and heating, removing a structural wall and installing steel beams to open up the floor plan. Ibex completed our project on budget and on time. The site was left clean and ready to move in. The team has excellent work ethics with impeccable craftsmanship. In contrast to our prior projects, this specific undertaking presented a unique challenge, demanding an augmented quantity of partitions, thereby prolonging the duration of this stage. Unfazed, we embraced the intricacy, ensuring each partition was judiciously placed to align with the new floor plan.

With the foundational work concluded, the blueprint steered us through the assimilation of new rooms, laying the groundwork for the elaborate interplay between electrical and plumbing works. This choreography, executed with the skill anticipated in the construction extension sector, metamorphosed the property's infrastructure, elevating it to contemporary standards. Shifting from the structural to the aesthetic realm, the flooring metamorphosed into a canvas for expression.

A gleaming wood finish not only heightenedvisual allure but also introduced a modern and inviting ambiance. The walls, presently a pristine backdrop, received an elegant white paint finish, engendering a neat and ageless aesthetic. The scrupulously finished ceiling seamlessly linked walls and roof, constituting the architectural apex of the rejuvenated space.

Lighting played a pivotal role in highlighting the transformation, and our selection of LED Spotlights added a contemporary touch while adhering to energy-efficient principles. Essentially, this House Renovation phase serves as a testament to our proficiency, amalgamating systematic dismantling, exacting rewiring, plumbing, and considerate aesthetic enhancements.
