Easy Hotel

The Easy Hotel Project was a Hotel Renovation project conducted within a period of 8 weeks, including diverse decorating (painting, replacing windows, cleaning and removing excessive cracks, etc.) Here at Ibex, we understand that the exterior is one of the biggest factors in the package deal - we nailed it.

The paint for the hotel was old oat that point, the windows were not up to standard and inferior, there were huge amounts of cracks, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel did not match those of the other who had been renovated recently. It was an anomaly. When Ibex was given the task of renovating this particular hotel, we analysed not only the aesthetic problems with the hotel, but also any removing that might have to take place (i.e, rather than painting over the current paint, would we have to take the layer of plaster of first and do that before painting)? Then we got straight to work.

We installed the scaffolding and, considering that we decided that we didn't need to remove the layer of paints that had built up, we began to fill in cracks that existed within the hotel at that point. Upon completing this, we then painted the entire exterior of the hotel in a white finish, increasing its similarity to the other hotel spaces also owned by easy hotel. We ensured to paint many layers to extend the longevity of the properties aesthetic, and then moved on to the ground patio in front.

We then removed the railings at the front of the hotel and proceed to replace them with black iron railings that were slightly taller for a more secure/safe feeling within the hotel. Finally, we cleaned up the surrounding area affected (this includes the place in front of the hotel, gate parts and any scaffolding remains). The project is now complete, and we hand over the keys!
