Here is the testimonial for this project:
“Ibex recommended to us by some good friends who develop properties regularly. The team wasted absolutely no time in prepping our home for the project, protecting our floors and furniture and then dismantling our old kitchen and bathroom. We love our new kitchen and bathroom and will be using Ibex for any further renovations without looking elsewhere again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone that asked, and already have! Thanks again to all the team who worked on our project! ”

The Huxley Project, nestled in the heart of East London, stands as a shining example of our diligent flat renovations. With a sharp attention to time and a dedication to achieving the upmost standards, our team set out on a mission to transform this property, concentrating primarily on the rejuvenation of pivotal spaces including the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and hallway. As we started this project, our main goal was to clear out the old stuff, creating a clean slate to work on our ideas. This meant getting rid of old fixtures like wiring, flooring, kitchen stuff, and plumbing bits, all ready for new stuff to go in. We carefully took out these old parts, making space for a fresh start. After clearing out the old, we focused on updating the important systems in the house. We put in new wiring and plumbing setups, swapping out the old ones for newer, more efficient ones. Ensuring optimal functionality and longevity for the new residence, this work laid the foundation for forthcoming enhancements. With the structural backbone in place, our focus shifted towards the aesthetic refinement of the space, making sure not to sacrifice functionality in the process. The kitchen and bathroom took centre stage with brand-new, contemporary design elements, serving as a testament to the project's dedication to modernity.

Within these spaces, striking floor and splash-back tiling were installed, adding a touch of luxury and sophistication to the home. The flooring got a makeover too, with exquisite herringbone patterns bringing a timeless elegance to the living area. Additionally, spindle stairs were added, intricately designed with a mosaic of squares, giving the property a sense of architectural grandeur and raising its visual appeal. Attention to detail was crucial throughout the project, even in the selection of windows. We chose sleek, double-glazed aluminium frames to ensure not just aesthetic harmony but also improved energy efficiency for the property. As we neared the project's completion, we went through a thorough certification process, confirming compliance with regulatory standards and providing peace of mind for our valued client. With the final touches applied and every corner diligently cleaned, we said goodbye to the Catham Build Project, leaving behind a legacy of revitalisation and transformation that will endure for years to come.
